Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a team within Economic Crime Risk Management
- Provides data-led oversight and insight into financial crime risks
- Lead the adoption of data and AI for risk oversight
- Lead core deliverables including risk reporting and briefings
- Build relationships across Risk and the wider business
- Lead coaching and development of a high-performing team
- Support MLRO accountabilities and regulatory engagement
- Drive improvements in financial crime management information and analytics

What you’ll need- Strong experience in financial crime risk management
- Proven track record of delivering insight
- Comfortable operating at senior levels
- Strong data and analytics capability
- Ability to synthesise complex information
- Experience delivering executive-level reporting
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of financial crime risks
