About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, implement and undertake assurance activities in relation to retail mortgage valuation process
- Monitor and analyze operational, conduct, credit and regulatory risks
- Support the development of residential mortgage valuation strategy
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to close identified gaps
Requirements
What you’ll need- RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Registered Valuer
- MRICS, FRICS or AssocRICS qualification
- Experience in audit, assurance or risk function
- Experience in managing and influencing relationships with stakeholders
