Product Owner – SEPA, FX, IP
NatWest GroupProduct Owner for digital channels, overseeing the customer journey in SEPA, FX & IP. Driving digital development priorities and enhancing user experience with a hybrid work model.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the digital journey, driving performance management, service proposition, and customer experience
- Set the vision for digital features for a world-class digital experience
- Take ownership of the digital roadmap and backlog prioritization
- Work with stakeholders and monitor digital customer experience KPIs
- Ensure continuous improvements in financial spend within budgets
- Identify and manage conduct risk to deliver key customer outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong knowledge of SEPA, Transactional Foreign Exchange (FX) & International Payments (IP)
- Experience working in a Scrum or Agile team
- Ability to innovate and collaborate with customers and colleagues
- Successful track record of digital delivery and operations
- Digital channel management and human centred design experience
- Good understanding of the SEPA, FX and IP customer journey
- Understanding of the needs of business customers
- Passion for customer centric design
- Familiarity with digital product management techniques, such as Lean start-up
