About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting the delivery of application management, application support, and building environments for systems
- Collaborating with product development and feature teams

- Building a culture of continuous improvement to reinforce the robustness of the domain
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least five years of AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) development and production support experience
- Strong Unix/Linux proficiency
- ITIL Foundation knowledge like Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Experience in monitoring tools such as Splunk or ThousandEyes.
- Knowledge and experience of using operational principles
