About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide oversight of the team to ensure complete, accurate and timely reporting of trade and transaction submissions across multiple asset classes.
Act as Chair of the governance forums, to make sure daily processes are being completed within agreed service level agreements.
Monitor and challenge exception management, reconciliations, controls and process issues, as well as investigation and remediation plans.
Provide root-cause analysis of reporting issues, as well as impact and materiality assessments.
Support operational readiness and preparation for new and changed regulations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in Regulatory reporting and assurance along with good understanding of investment banking products.
Good understanding of the front to back processes in order to maintain a stable and controlled regulatory reporting environment.
The ability to build, develop and engage strong relationships with stakeholders.
An excellent understanding and appreciation of risk and control frameworks, including process documentation, control documentation and supervisory frameworks.
