Trade & Transaction Reporting Manager – VP, Regulatory Reporting Assurance

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide oversight of the team to ensure complete, accurate and timely reporting of trade and transaction submissions across multiple asset classes.
- Act as Chair of the governance forums, to make sure daily processes are being completed within agreed service level agreements.
- Monitor and challenge exception management, reconciliations, controls and process issues, as well as investigation and remediation plans.
- Provide root-cause analysis of reporting issues, as well as impact and materiality assessments.
- Support operational readiness and preparation for new and changed regulations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience in Regulatory reporting and assurance along with good understanding of investment banking products.
- Good understanding of the front to back processes in order to maintain a stable and controlled regulatory reporting environment.
- The ability to build, develop and engage strong relationships with stakeholders.
- An excellent understanding and appreciation of risk and control frameworks, including process documentation, control documentation and supervisory frameworks.
