- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders
- Provide evidence‑based insights that support business priorities
- Support HRBPs and People Directors in delivering SWP
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience delivering people‑related change
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to analyse data from multiple sources
- Understanding of OD principles
- Proven track record in an agile environment
- Experience using structured problem‑solving approaches
