About the role
- Oversee creation of engaging office environments and colleague journeys aligned with design vision
- Provide expert advice across workplace design aspects including compliance, accessibility, and sustainability
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
- Collaborate with Property Services for coordinated design solutions
- Manage external architects and designers to ensure project quality and value
- Maintain professional knowledge on workplace design trends and sustainability initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in architecture, interior design, three-dimensional design or related discipline
- Experience in design management of office or workplace projects
- Experience coordinating and managing external design teams
- Working knowledge of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Plan of Work
- Understanding of colleague journey mapping and user experience principles
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards (e.g., Equality Act 2010, health and safety requirements)
- Experience in budget management and cost reporting
