About the role

  • Oversee creation of engaging office environments and colleague journeys aligned with design vision
  • Provide expert advice across workplace design aspects including compliance, accessibility, and sustainability
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
  • Collaborate with Property Services for coordinated design solutions
  • Manage external architects and designers to ensure project quality and value

Requirements

  • Degree in architecture, interior design, three-dimensional design or related discipline
  • Experience in design management of office or workplace projects
  • Experience coordinating and managing external design teams
  • Working knowledge of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Plan of Work
  • Understanding of colleague journey mapping and user experience principles
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards (e.g., Equality Act 2010, health and safety requirements)
  • Experience in budget management and cost reporting
