About the role

  • Point of contact and advisor for our German and European clients in the energy sector on all matters related to SAP FI-CA
  • Responsible for implementing requirements as a subproject lead
  • Support for standardization, analysis and further development of processes, and for the migration from SAP IS-U to the S/4HANA Utilities platform
  • Preparation of requirements specifications, designing solutions and leading their implementation
  • Organizing client workshops and training
  • Responsibility for subject-matter topics and mentoring colleagues

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational training in a commercial or technical field
  • Familiarity with energy utilities processes, especially market communication (e.g., REMADV and INVOIC)
  • 3–4 years of experience and expertise in configuring, implementing and enhancing SAP IS-U systems with a focus on FI-CA, including add-ons for the German market (IDEX-GE or US4G)
  • Ideally experience in IT project management and knowledge of an object-oriented programming language such as ABAP or Java
  • German at a high or native level and fluent English
