About the role
- Administration and maintenance of the JTL-Wawi and Microsoft 365 environment.
- Monitoring of server, NAS and network infrastructures.
- 1st- and 2nd-level support for internal colleagues.
- Automating routine tasks and contributing to IT security measures.
Requirements
- Completed IT training or equivalent qualification.
- Initial professional experience in the IT field.
- Practical experience with JTL-Wawi or in e-commerce.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Windows environments.
- Good understanding of networks, server infrastructure and IT security.
- Ideally, some initial experience with PowerShell scripting.
