About the role

  • Develop, maintain and ensure the quality of FM data (e.g., areas/spaces, assets/systems, contracts, costs, KPIs).
  • Analyze, evaluate and prepare data for reports, dashboards and decision-making.
  • Further develop data structures, standards and processes in facility management.
  • Work closely with FM teams, finance/controlling, IT and external service providers.
  • Support digitalization and system projects (e.g., CAFM, BIM, ERP).
  • Translate the "FM reality" into structured data.

Requirements

  • Completed technical, commercial or data-focused vocational training, a relevant degree, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in data management, ideally in facility management, real estate or a technical environment.
  • Confident handling of databases, Excel, BI tools or similar systems.
  • Analytical thinking and a strong eye for detail.
  • Understanding of technical and commercial FM processes.
  • Enjoy creating structures and continuously improving them.
  • Strong communication skills – you can explain complex data so it is understandable to all.
