Clinical Research Intern – Fixed-Term Contract

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the team with the operational management and oversight of clinical trials
- Monitor the recruitment of trial participants and collection of signed documentation
- Assist with onboarding trial participants including scheduling and preparing materials
- Assist with trial daily operations and address participants' questions
- Oversee the inventory and shipment of replacement devices
- Assist with offboarding trial participants
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in a customer support role, assisting with research projects
- Skilled at conveying complex information in a simplified manner
- Skilled in troubleshooting
- Organized and structured
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable working across teams
- Fully proficient in English
- Passionate about women’s health and research
- Ready to adjust to a flexible schedule
