About the role

  • Independently handle complex customer inquiries, orders, purchase orders and complaints
  • Act as the central interface between customers, field sales & internal sales, logistics and internal specialist departments
  • Support sales in customer care, quote coordination and order processing
  • Take a leading role in complaints management and develop sustainable solutions to improve customer satisfaction
  • Analyze recurring service cases and identify optimization potential for processes
  • Maintain and manage customer and order data in the ERP system
  • Support the further development of service standards and internal workflows
  • Work closely with management and sales to strategically act on customer feedback

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of professional experience in customer service, Customer Success or Sales Support
  • Very good knowledge of ERP and CRM systems, ideally myfactory
  • Structured, solution-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills and a professional appearance
  • Experience coordinating interfaces between sales, logistics and customer service
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to improve processes and service quality
  • Fluent German, written and spoken
  • Ideally: knowledge in the areas of micronutrients, health or dietary supplements
