About the role

  • Procurement management and product availability
  • Co-responsible for the entire procurement process with contract manufacturers to ensure optimal product availability
  • Monitoring and coordinating delivery schedules in close collaboration with contract manufacturers and internal departments
  • Supplier management
  • Onboarding and management of national and international contract manufacturers
  • Acting as an interface between Procurement, Supply Planning, Quality Management, Logistics and suppliers
  • Conducting supplier evaluations to ensure quality and on-time delivery
  • Supporting internal audits (e.g., HACCP, organic/BIO, COSMOS)
  • Performance monitoring and reporting
  • Monitoring and analyzing relevant KPIs; preparing reports and statistics to assess supplier and process performance
  • Regular coordination with specialist departments to resolve issues and ensure consistently high product availability

Requirements

  • You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you have 2–3 years of professional experience in international purchasing or in a supply chain environment
  • You demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • You have a quick grasp of complex topics and an analytical, structured and strategic way of working
  • You have a hands-on approach, take responsibility and tackle tasks proactively
  • You have business-fluent German and English skills
  • You are characterized by initiative, thoroughness, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
  • You are motivated, committed and eager to make an impact together as part of a team
