About the role
- Procurement management and product availability
- Co-responsible for the entire procurement process with contract manufacturers to ensure optimal product availability
- Monitoring and coordinating delivery schedules in close collaboration with contract manufacturers and internal departments
- Supplier management
- Onboarding and management of national and international contract manufacturers
- Acting as an interface between Procurement, Supply Planning, Quality Management, Logistics and suppliers
- Conducting supplier evaluations to ensure quality and on-time delivery
- Supporting internal audits (e.g., HACCP, organic/BIO, COSMOS)
- Performance monitoring and reporting
- Monitoring and analyzing relevant KPIs; preparing reports and statistics to assess supplier and process performance
- Regular coordination with specialist departments to resolve issues and ensure consistently high product availability
Requirements
- You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you have 2–3 years of professional experience in international purchasing or in a supply chain environment
- You demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- You have a quick grasp of complex topics and an analytical, structured and strategic way of working
- You have a hands-on approach, take responsibility and tackle tasks proactively
- You have business-fluent German and English skills
- You are characterized by initiative, thoroughness, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
- You are motivated, committed and eager to make an impact together as part of a team
