About the role
- You develop and own D2C-specific dashboards, KPIs and reports (e.g., conversion funnel, retention, AOV, CLV, ROAS, CAC), providing a solid foundation for data-driven decisions in e-commerce.
- You design, develop and maintain analytical data products for the D2C area (e.g., customer cohorts, marketing performance and attribution analyses) in close collaboration with the respective business teams.
- You analyze marketing channels and attribution logics (e.g., first-/last-click, data-driven) and evaluate budget efficiency across all paid and organic touchpoints.
- You identify growth and optimization opportunities along the customer journey through segmentation, lifecycle analyses and evaluation of A/B tests.
- You work closely with D2C, marketing and CRM teams and act as an analytical sparring partner in translating business questions into data-driven solutions.
- You support the further development of D2C processes through automation and contribute new analytical ideas.
- Together with Data Engineering, you ensure high data quality and document your analyses and insights clearly and tailored to the target audiences.
Requirements
- You have a degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on procurement and logistics, or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, you have at least two to four years of professional experience in a comparable position.
- You have initial experience with inventory planning and forecasting techniques.
- Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel.
- You demonstrate strong analytical thinking and the ability to operate within cross-functional organizational structures.
- A high level of initiative, sense of responsibility, thoroughness and reliability characterize you.
- Business-fluent German and English skills.
- You are a team player, a strong communicator and outgoing.
- You are highly motivated and eager to make an impact together with the team.
