About the role
- You will take responsibility for our Amazon supplements business in Italy, driving growth, visibility, and brand consistency
- You will coordinate projects across agencies, partners, and internal teams to implement marketplace initiatives and advance the business
- You will identify opportunities to expand our marketplace presence (new channels, formats, cross-border initiatives)
- You will evaluate offline potentials as well (events, collaborations, partnerships) to increase brand awareness and grow the market
- You will support cross-channel initiatives that contribute to overall brand growth in Italy
- You will monitor performance and analyze market trends to proactively propose new actions
Requirements
- Solid understanding of Amazon and/or marketplace dynamics (Seller Central, Vendor Central, or comparable platforms)
- Experience coordinating projects and managing agencies and stakeholders
- Analytical mindset and ability to translate performance data into strategies
- Entrepreneurial drive to identify and execute new growth opportunities
- Italian language skills (required) to communicate effectively with partners and stakeholders
- Prior experience in supplements, wellness, or consumer goods is a plus
