About the role

  • Drive the digital transformation of a growing e-commerce company
  • Identify and implement AI & automation use cases
  • Introduce innovative approaches into the Data & AI landscape
  • Develop AI solutions for process automation
  • Collaborate with the BI & data team and business units to understand requirements
  • Promote an AI culture through workshops and training
  • Evaluate and introduce new AI technologies to the company
  • Integrate third‑party AI tools via APIs
  • Automate business‑critical end-to-end processes using AI, workflow and integration solutions

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Python (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain)
  • Experience with Snowflake or comparable cloud data platforms
  • Experience with API integration, webhook management and no-code/low-code platforms
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, data quality and ETL/ELT processes
  • Ideally, experience in the e-commerce environment
  • Strong analytical skills with a structured and pragmatic working style
  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field
  • Strong commercial understanding of e-commerce metrics
  • Very good German and English skills
