About the role
- Drive the digital transformation of a growing e-commerce company
- Identify and implement AI & automation use cases
- Introduce innovative approaches into the Data & AI landscape
- Develop AI solutions for process automation
- Collaborate with the BI & data team and business units to understand requirements
- Promote an AI culture through workshops and training
- Evaluate and introduce new AI technologies to the company
- Integrate third‑party AI tools via APIs
- Automate business‑critical end-to-end processes using AI, workflow and integration solutions
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain)
- Experience with Snowflake or comparable cloud data platforms
- Experience with API integration, webhook management and no-code/low-code platforms
- Solid understanding of data modeling, data quality and ETL/ELT processes
- Ideally, experience in the e-commerce environment
- Strong analytical skills with a structured and pragmatic working style
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field
- Strong commercial understanding of e-commerce metrics
- Very good German and English skills
