About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing a high-volume portfolio of SMB advertisers with clear revenue and retention targets
- Acting as the primary point of contact for your accounts, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience
- Advising clients on suitable native products and packages based on their goals and budgets
- Renewing, upselling, and crossselling activity in a straightforward, value-led way
- Working closely with Campaign Management to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time
- Responding quickly and clearly to client queries and requests
- Managing pipeline, renewals, and forecasting accurately via CRM tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in account management, sales support, or customer-facing roles
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities at pace
- Clear, confident communicator who can explain products simply and effectively
- Commercially aware and comfortable having pricing and renewal conversations
- Organised and process-driven, with good attention to detail
- Resilient and adaptable you don’t get flustered by volume or change
- Curious and proactive in spotting opportunities for account growth
