About the role
- Drive revenue growth in your territory
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outreach
- Develop and execute a territory plan with assigned members
- Lead regularly scheduled ROI and value reviews with assigned members
- Build strong relationships with members to provide consultative solutions
- Identify and convert new opportunities, including upsells and cross-sells
- Collaborate with partners and internal teams to deliver solutions
- Advise members on improving operations and profitability
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years professional work experience in a business environment
- Understands and is comfortable in a quota-carrying sales role
- Must reside in, or within a reasonable commuting distance to, the assigned territory
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable recommendations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven success in a quota-carrying sales role preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Industry experience in Appliances, Electronics, Furniture and Bedding is a plus
