About the role

  • Drive revenue growth in your territory
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outreach
  • Develop and execute a territory plan with assigned members
  • Lead regularly scheduled ROI and value reviews with assigned members
  • Build strong relationships with members to provide consultative solutions
  • Identify and convert new opportunities, including upsells and cross-sells
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams to deliver solutions
  • Advise members on improving operations and profitability

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years professional work experience in a business environment
  • Understands and is comfortable in a quota-carrying sales role
  • Must reside in, or within a reasonable commuting distance to, the assigned territory
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable recommendations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven success in a quota-carrying sales role preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Industry experience in Appliances, Electronics, Furniture and Bedding is a plus
