Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze, design, implement, and evaluate training and development programs for Enrollment
Collaborate with Enrollment stakeholders to conduct needs assessments and define learning objectives
Develop instructional design strategies tailored to learner needs
Design and create engaging and interactive learning materials
Evaluate and adapt existing training materials to align with objectives
Facilitate live virtual training sessions for New Hire Advisors

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required
Master's degree within Instructional Design and Technology field preferred
Minimum of 2 years experience as an Enrollment Advisor required
Prior experience in project management required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or instructional design strongly preferred
Prior experience developing and implementing virtual training and development strongly preferred
