About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with Clearinghouse stakeholders to expand usage of Clearinghouse data
Contribute to research on student enrollment, movement, and outcomes
Collaborate with the Research Center team using Clearinghouse data for quantitative research
Support development of data reports and publications
Assist in requirements gathering and client relationship management
Manage multiple research projects/assignments simultaneously
Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Build trust with stakeholders by demonstrating consistency between words and actions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Data Science, Statistics, Social Sciences or any related field
2 years of direct and relevant data analysis experience
Experience and proficiency with statistical and data management programming in R
Experience with large databases, data warehouse, and data operations
Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization software (or willingness to learn)
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and analytical skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively on a team
Must live within a commutable distance to Herndon, VA or in one of the Clearinghouse's approved states
