About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with Clearinghouse stakeholders to expand usage of Clearinghouse data
- Contribute to research on student enrollment, movement, and outcomes
- Collaborate with the Research Center team using Clearinghouse data for quantitative research
- Support development of data reports and publications
- Assist in requirements gathering and client relationship management
- Manage multiple research projects/assignments simultaneously
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Build trust with stakeholders by demonstrating consistency between words and actions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Data Science, Statistics, Social Sciences or any related field
- 2 years of direct and relevant data analysis experience
- Experience and proficiency with statistical and data management programming in R
- Experience with large databases, data warehouse, and data operations
- Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization software (or willingness to learn)
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively on a team
- Must live within a commutable distance to Herndon, VA or in one of the Clearinghouse's approved states
