About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define, implement, and evolve DevOps practices, platforms, and processes
Govern release management and release readiness processes
Coordinate cross-functional release activities
Oversee triage and coordination of production incidents
Establish and monitor delivery, stability, and reliability metrics
Provide technical oversight of DevOps platforms, pipelines, and tooling
Lead through influence to drive adoption of DevOps standards
Manage vendor relationships in accordance with MSAs and SOWs

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years in the IT/business industry on multiple platforms and technologies
3+ years of cloud environment experience, preferably working with AWS
3+ years of experience in release management, project management, or software development
2+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies
Extensive knowledge of release management, application management, and CI/CD tools
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field
