About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and continuously improve the onboarding experience to reinforce organizational culture, accelerate new hire integration, and ensure a consistent employee experience.
  • Conduct organization-wide learning needs analyses and develop an annual talent and learning strategy aligned with business goals and workforce capability needs.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs, including leadership development, professional skills training, and career growth opportunities.
  • Oversee required training programs, monitor completion, maintain records, and partner with leaders to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Administer and enhance employee recognition programs that reinforce organizational values and strengthen engagement.
  • Lead the EMS for All group to help create opportunities within the emergency medicine field for all people.
  • Manage professional development resources and oversee tuition reimbursement processes, guidelines, and reporting.
  • Partner with leaders, employees, and external vendors to deliver effective, measurable, and scalable talent and learning solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or a related field required.
  • Five or more years of progressive experience in talent development, learning and development, organizational development, or a related human resources function required.
  • Experience designing and facilitating training programs, managing onboarding initiatives, and administering learning systems or training records preferred.
  • Experience supporting employee recognition and professional development programs preferred.
