About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Track relevant issues such as paid family and medical leave, paid sick days, fair pay, pregnancy discrimination and sexual harassment
- Conduct research on topics related to work
- Contribute to fact sheets and policy products, including fact checking and proofreading
- Attend briefings, hearings and events around DC and virtually
- Contribute to team meetings and events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong writing, communication, and computer skills
- Research experience in an academic or professional setting
- Highly organized and attentive to detail
- Commitment to gender and equity, economic justice, and the Partnership’s mission
- Understanding of poverty and racial justice intersection with key issues
- Must be at least a senior in college as of Fall 2026
