About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide administrative support to all Development sub-departments
Conduct prospect research and develop funder and donor profiles
Organize fundraising and campaign information for effective presentation
Support the planning of the Annual Event
Participate in ad hoc projects that support the Development team's work

Requirements

What you’ll need

Interest or prior experience in nonprofit development fundraising or operations
Strong writing, communication, research, analysis and computer skills
Highly organized, attentive to detail, and able to manage multiple tasks for different projects
A commitment to the National Partnership’s mission to improve the lives of women and families by achieving equality for all women
