Key responsibilities & impact

Plan and deliver a portfolio of in-person programs that meet regional community needs and are inclusive of volunteer engagement.
Coordinate logistics, scheduling, site selection, speaker/facilitator support, and accessibility accommodations.
Ensure program content is implemented with fidelity and cultural responsiveness.
Support volunteer leaders and community partners in program execution.
Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, volunteers, and participants.
Collaborate with regional Development teams to enhance visibility and reach.
Partner with Digital Program and Volunteer Engagement colleagues to ensure complementary offerings.
Track participation, satisfaction, and impact measures for assigned programs.
Collect community and participant feedback to inform improvements.
Apply lessons learned to strengthen future program delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years of experience delivering community-based or health education programs
Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, education, or related field
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
Effective communicator with ability to engage diverse communities and partners
Familiarity with data tracking, feedback collection, and program evaluation
Commitment to advancing equity and inclusion in community engagement.
