About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and deliver a portfolio of in-person programs that meet regional community needs and are inclusive of volunteer engagement.
  • Coordinate logistics, scheduling, site selection, speaker/facilitator support, and accessibility accommodations.
  • Ensure program content is implemented with fidelity and cultural responsiveness.
  • Support volunteer leaders and community partners in program execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, volunteers, and participants.
  • Collaborate with regional Development teams to enhance visibility and reach.
  • Partner with Digital Program and Volunteer Engagement colleagues to ensure complementary offerings.
  • Track participation, satisfaction, and impact measures for assigned programs.
  • Collect community and participant feedback to inform improvements.
  • Apply lessons learned to strengthen future program delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4 years of experience delivering community-based or health education programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, education, or related field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Effective communicator with ability to engage diverse communities and partners
  • Familiarity with data tracking, feedback collection, and program evaluation
  • Commitment to advancing equity and inclusion in community engagement.
