Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborates with others to investigate, analyze, and resolve critical and concerns following the implementation of new processes and tools.
Investigates concerns to identify key employee themes that require behavior and process changes, education, and corrective actions.
Develops implementation plans to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
Ensures programs align with business needs.
Seeks feedback from line management to ensure initiatives are providing support and are focused on business priorities.
Manages the Human Resources Report Card to track progress and goal achievement.
