Director, Sales

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coaches' others and provides on-going feedback and support to improve performance.
- Collaborates with Solutions and Revenue Management groups.
- Participates in joint customer sales visits to secure new business.
- Meets with Major Accounts and Strategic Accounts organizations to review account initiatives and revenue opportunities.
- Participates in meetings to provide sales updates.
- Conducts monthly reviews of target accounts to identify areas of improvement.
- Reviews account strategies to drive business results.
Requirements
What you’ll need- U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
- Currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself
- Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree)
- Willing to travel
- Sales experience from Business-to-Business or Business-to-Consumer or experience in a TForce Freight management job or customer facing role
