Key responsibilities & impact

Support fundraising growth, community engagement, and peer-to-peer fundraising initiatives across the CA, NV, OR, WA market
Develop and steward corporate and community partnerships, supporting peer-to-peer fundraising growth
Engage volunteers and community leaders, driving revenue through fundraising events, sponsorships, and donor engagement
Serve as a bridge between fundraising strategy and operational execution, ensuring successful delivery of initiatives
Recruit, engage, and support Kidney Walk participants, teams, volunteer leaders, committee members, and fundraising champions
Coordinate sponsor fulfillment and stewardship activities to ensure exceptional partner experience
Maintain accurate donor, sponsor, participant, and fundraising records and support development reporting
Assist with onsite event execution, budget tracking, and reporting related to fundraising initiatives

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree preferred and 2+ years of experience in non-profit fundraising experience preferred
Proven success in fundraising, non-profit leadership, and event management
Demonstrated track record in account management and building corporate partnerships that exceed revenue targets
Knowledge of product marketing/sales concepts
Outcome-driven mindset with ability to respond to changing circumstances and priorities
Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in computer-based information systems
Ability to work some evenings and weekends
Ability to travel throughout Southern California and the market
