About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Investigate assigned claims reported under insurance contracts provided by affiliated Companies.
Identify and report potential fraud to Special Investigation Unit.
Analyze, evaluate, and estimate liability of Insureds and loss of Claimants/Insureds for assigned claims.
Prepare and maintain accurate and timely record of communications with Insureds, Claimants, and other third-parties.
Obtain and maintain all required licenses and certifications.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.
Three or more years related work experience.
Interpretation and application of insurance contracts.
Insurance claim procedures, loss evaluation methods and claim resolution alternatives.
Insurance related courses such as AIC, CPCU.
