About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Investigate assigned claims reported under insurance contracts provided by affiliated Companies.
  • Identify and report potential fraud to Special Investigation Unit.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and estimate liability of Insureds and loss of Claimants/Insureds for assigned claims.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and timely record of communications with Insureds, Claimants, and other third-parties.
  • Obtain and maintain all required licenses and certifications.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.
  • Three or more years related work experience.
  • Interpretation and application of insurance contracts.
  • Insurance claim procedures, loss evaluation methods and claim resolution alternatives.
  • Insurance related courses such as AIC, CPCU.
