Key responsibilities & impact

Investigate assigned claims reported under insurance contracts
Identify needed information and documents for claims evaluation
Contact Insureds, Claimants, and others regarding claims processes
Coordinate with the Legal Department on coverage and compliance
Analyze and evaluate liability of Insureds
Prepare and maintain accurate claim records and communications
Negotiate and resolve assigned claims within established authority

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
One or more years work experience
Knowledge of insurance contracts
Interpretation of insurance claim procedures
