About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Senior Human Resource Business Partner acts as a strategic liaison between HR and business leadership, aligning people strategies with organizational goals.
  • This position develops partnerships across the organization to deliver value-added service to leaders and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
  • This position enhances productivity and performance by driving talent management, addressing complex employee relations issues, and coaching leaders and employees.
  • Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives that directly support company growth.
  • Assist in driving organizational change initiatives while ensuring alignment with NGL’s culture and business strategy.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.
  • Preferred: Human Resources Certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • A minimum of ten years of progressive Human Resources experience with a minimum of seven years of experience demonstrating strategic business partner work and resolving complex employee relations issues required.
  • HRBP experience supporting IT preferred.
