About the role

  • Design and develop training materials including e-learning modules, job aids, quick reference guides, and instructor led content
  • Apply instructional design best practices and adult learning principles to ensure effectiveness
  • Tailor content for diverse audiences (internal staff, external agents, partners)
  • Partner with the Learning & Development Program Lead to prepare facilitators and support training delivery
  • Ensure materials are optimized for both virtual and in-person sessions
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to translate technical and process knowledge into learner-friendly content
  • Support evaluation of training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and learner feedback

Requirements

  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or related field required
  • A minimum of three years of experience in instructional design, preferably supporting large-scale system implementations required
  • In-depth understanding of instructional design models and learning theories
  • Experience with OIPA (Oracle Insurance Policy Administration) or similar policy administration platforms is strongly preferred
  • Strong skills in eLearning development tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.) and LMS platforms
  • Ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging learning experiences
  • Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Clear and effective curriculum-planning and development skills
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
