About the role
- Design and develop training materials including e-learning modules, job aids, quick reference guides, and instructor led content
- Apply instructional design best practices and adult learning principles to ensure effectiveness
- Tailor content for diverse audiences (internal staff, external agents, partners)
- Partner with the Learning & Development Program Lead to prepare facilitators and support training delivery
- Ensure materials are optimized for both virtual and in-person sessions
- Work closely with subject matter experts to translate technical and process knowledge into learner-friendly content
- Support evaluation of training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and learner feedback
Requirements
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or related field required
- A minimum of three years of experience in instructional design, preferably supporting large-scale system implementations required
- In-depth understanding of instructional design models and learning theories
- Experience with OIPA (Oracle Insurance Policy Administration) or similar policy administration platforms is strongly preferred
- Strong skills in eLearning development tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.) and LMS platforms
- Ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging learning experiences
- Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Clear and effective curriculum-planning and development skills
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
