Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and maintain Workday data configurations, workflow, and all integrated data applications
Provide strategic insights and innovative guidance for the Workday Financials portfolio
Develop, maintain, and deliver custom Workday and Adaptive reports and dashboards
Collaborate with Finance staff on regression testing systems, updates and enhancements
Maintain data integrity and enforce consistent data mapping across all systems
Identify inter-dependencies and communicate the business process and technical implications of proposed systems changes
Evaluate, recommend, and implement AI functionalities and modules in current systems
Act as project manager to execute the roadmap to implement AI tools across the finance team
Investigate and implement AI capabilities within tools and work to create a long-term roadmap for implementation
Collaborate with all levels of the organization to gather system requirements and troubleshoot issues
Develop and implement organizational onboarding and training modules for financial systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of professional experience in finance with integrated ERP and Budgeting/Planning systems
Solid experience collaborating positively and proactively in a finance systems function within a complex organization
Experience supporting system updates and releases
Understanding of financial modeling and ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with limited management supervision
Familiarity with systems implementation and financial data structure configuration
Experience analyzing and documenting business processes (preferred)
Project manager experience and/or systems implementation experience (preferred)
