About the role
- The Showcase Campaign Manager reports to the Associate Director of Operations and will be responsible for coordinating and advancing these multi-project surge campaigns.
- Act as the connective tissue among NFF’s Conservation Programs, Marketing, and Advancement teams.
- Ensure each showcase project has a clear value proposition, accurate project information, compelling materials, and a disciplined fundraising plan.
- Manage the full lifecycle: clarifying the campaign scope, coordinating stakeholder input, structuring campaign materials, driving internal accountability, and tracking progress.
- Simultaneously manage up to 15 showcase campaigns and play a central role in building an organizational culture of cross-team coordination, disciplined execution, and clear communication.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, fundraising strategy, marketing coordination, nonprofit program management, or related fields.
- Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Preferred familiarity with conservation, forestry, ecological restoration, or public lands projects.
- Knowledge of brand messaging, campaign architecture, or storytelling frameworks.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
