About the role

  • The Showcase Campaign Manager reports to the Associate Director of Operations and will be responsible for coordinating and advancing these multi-project surge campaigns.
  • Act as the connective tissue among NFF’s Conservation Programs, Marketing, and Advancement teams.
  • Ensure each showcase project has a clear value proposition, accurate project information, compelling materials, and a disciplined fundraising plan.
  • Manage the full lifecycle: clarifying the campaign scope, coordinating stakeholder input, structuring campaign materials, driving internal accountability, and tracking progress.
  • Simultaneously manage up to 15 showcase campaigns and play a central role in building an organizational culture of cross-team coordination, disciplined execution, and clear communication.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, fundraising strategy, marketing coordination, nonprofit program management, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Preferred familiarity with conservation, forestry, ecological restoration, or public lands projects.
  • Knowledge of brand messaging, campaign architecture, or storytelling frameworks.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
