About the role
- Analysis of technical malfunctions in our rail vehicles and definition of corrective and improvement measures
- Further development of our maintenance program with the aim of technical, operational and economic optimization
- Preparation of technical retrofits and upgrades for vehicles
- Preparation of risk analyses and assessments according to CSM methods
- Support for new tenders
- Execution and participation in projects
- Technical support for workshops
- Identification and assessment of changes in standards and regulations
- Participation in the development of processes and certifications
- Conducting supplier audits
Requirements
- Completed degree in engineering or completed technical vocational training
- Relevant professional experience in rail vehicle maintenance or rail vehicle engineering is desirable
- Experience with time data determination methods such as MTM and Refa, or willingness to learn them
- Proficient in common MS Office applications
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility, combined with commercial/entrepreneurial thinking
- Organizational skills and team orientation, strong commitment and confident handling of conflict situations
- Decisiveness and assertiveness
- Willingness to travel
