About the role

  • Lead the bank’s talent and leadership development efforts by creating and delivering programs that strengthen individual and team capabilities
  • Identify training needs and develop development strategies through in-house learning and external partnerships
  • Support key initiatives such as the Employee Engagement survey process, succession management documentation, and performance management tools and training
  • Serve as an HR generalist by supporting employee relations, leave administration, policy interpretation, reporting, and cross-functional HR projects

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, including talent management and employee engagement experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Leadership, or related field or equivalent combination of education and training is required
  • Experience working with HRIS systems required, ADP experience preferred
  • Prior experience and/or exposure to benefits administration preferred
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or related credential) preferred.
