Key responsibilities & impact

Research best practices and emerging trends related to leadership, organizational development, talent management, and workplace culture.
Support the development of leadership competencies, career growth frameworks, promotion criteria, and succession planning processes.
Assist with talent reviews, workforce planning, and employee development initiatives.
Design and develop training materials, learning resources, presentations, and toolkits.
Co-facilitate and, when appropriate, lead training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs.
Collect and analyze employee feedback, program outcomes, and other organizational data.
Develop presentations, reports, communications, and recommendations for leadership.
Coordinate project plans, action items, and follow-up activities for strategic initiatives.
Serve as a strategic project partner by helping move ideas from concept to implementation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Interest in organizational development, leadership development, talent management, human resources, learning and development, consulting, or nonprofit leadership.
Strong research, analytical, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to think strategically while managing details and deadlines.
Comfortable presenting, facilitating discussions, and working collaboratively.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Self-starter who is curious, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Junior, Senior, recent graduate, or graduate student in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Communications, Education, or a related field.
