About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and manage relationships with a portfolio of high schools (principals and teachers) to ensure they effectively implement NEON's model to drive student success.
Support the implementation of our college credit-bearing courses.
Expand NEON's offerings within existing schools.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to collect and analyze data, develop, and deliver impact reports.
Coordinate and lead site visits to support partner schools twice a year and provide technical support as needed.
Work with internal teams to continually improve the school partnership experience and student outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional experience required.
Teaching and/or education program management experience highly valued; experience with Salesforce and/or Canvas preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong skills in problem solving and learning technical processes.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, manage deadlines, and drive toward outcomes.
Deep understanding of and curiosity about the dual-enrollment, early college, and college access spaces.
A deep, personal commitment to advancing educational equity and supporting students from underserved backgrounds.
Passion for expanding opportunities and addressing the systemic challenges that exist in Title I schools.
