About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and manage relationships with a portfolio of high schools (principals and teachers) to ensure they effectively implement NEON's model to drive student success.
  • Support the implementation of our college credit-bearing courses.
  • Expand NEON's offerings within existing schools.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to collect and analyze data, develop, and deliver impact reports.
  • Coordinate and lead site visits to support partner schools twice a year and provide technical support as needed.
  • Work with internal teams to continually improve the school partnership experience and student outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional experience required.
  • Teaching and/or education program management experience highly valued; experience with Salesforce and/or Canvas preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong skills in problem solving and learning technical processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, manage deadlines, and drive toward outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of and curiosity about the dual-enrollment, early college, and college access spaces.
  • A deep, personal commitment to advancing educational equity and supporting students from underserved backgrounds.
  • Passion for expanding opportunities and addressing the systemic challenges that exist in Title I schools.
