About the role
- Lead, coach, and mentor Regional Sales Managers and other sales team members
- Set clear expectations for daily activities, performance standards, and professional development
- Manage time-off requests and scheduling
- Assist VP in overseeing sales budget and travel expenses
- Provide Leadership Development and training to all of our cross functional sales team members
- Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals to accelerate growth
- Plan, execute, and oversee effective sales and marketing initiatives to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Monitor team performance using key metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Assist Regional Managers in mentoring Account Managers, Business Development Representatives to ensure a seamless customer and patient experience
- Collaborate with Retail Sales, Marketing, Lab Operations, Finance and Professional Education teams to align efforts and drive results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers
- Support vendor relationships to foster strategic and profitable partnerships
- Utilize Salesforce to run reports, analyze data, and track performance
- Partner with Finance to ensure accuracy of commission statements and territory alignment
- Establish financial targets and contribute to budget planning and management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis on business, finance or related field
- Recommended 3 Years in Sales Manager/Director level role
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and other sales-related software tools
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
- Proven experience in sales and managing relationships with key customers
- Professional experience required in the dental or healthcare industry.
