About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide registered nursing case management for hospice patients in the Southern Ohio service area
- Deliver home health and hospice care as part of a team of health care professionals
- Work Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Participate in an all-call weekend rotation
- Advance better living and care for seniors
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in nursing field as a registered nurse from an approved school of nursing
- Minimum of two years as an RN
- Home health or hospice experience preferred
