About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist the Director/Leader in planning and executing all life enrichment activities
  • Assist in scheduling and developing life enrichment activities
  • Recruit, direct, and supervise volunteers
  • Act on behalf of the Director of Life Enrichment when the director is not in the facility
  • Lead activities on scheduled work days

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed high school education or equivalent
  • One to two years of working with the elderly required
  • Good communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of Windows
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of the internet
  • Driver’s License preferred for possible future driving of facility van
