About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the Director/Leader in planning and executing all life enrichment activities
- Assist in scheduling and developing life enrichment activities
- Recruit, direct, and supervise volunteers
- Act on behalf of the Director of Life Enrichment when the director is not in the facility
- Lead activities on scheduled work days
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed high school education or equivalent
- One to two years of working with the elderly required
- Good communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Windows
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of the internet
- Driver’s License preferred for possible future driving of facility van
