Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a Hospice RN Case Manager for National Church Residences Home Health’s Southern Ohio Hospice division

Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in nursing field as a registered nurse from an approved school of nursing
- Minimum of two years as an RN
- Home health/hospice experience preferred
