About the role
- Provide skilled nursing care for hospice patients and their families
- Coordinate the overall care plan for hospice patients
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license.
- Minimum of two years of RN experience required.
- Previous hospice or home health experience is strongly preferred.
