Oversee an assigned portfolio of affordable housing communities.
Provide leadership, support, and oversight to Property Managers.
Drive property performance, compliance, occupancy, and resident satisfaction.
Work closely with senior leadership to ensure communities operate efficiently and in alignment with National Church Residences' mission, values, and operational standards.
Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development.
Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, Fair Housing, and other applicable regulations.
Conduct property audits and operational reviews to ensure adherence to company standards.
Resolve resident relations concerns and support corrective action plans when necessary.
Oversee annual operating and capital budget preparation.
Monitor property financial performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
Support marketing initiatives designed to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Ensure communities are maintained to company standards both inside and out.
Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and service for all residents.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate degree, two years of college coursework, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of five years of property management experience
At least two years of on-site property management experience
Previous supervisory or multi-site management experience preferred
Affordable housing experience strongly preferred
Strong leadership, coaching, and personnel management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows-based applications, and property management software
Ability to maintain professionalism and sound judgment in high-pressure situations
Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation or candidate status preferred
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time throughout the assigned portfolio
Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle liability insurance required.
