Regional Manager

- Provide leadership, support, and oversight to Property Managers.
- Drive property performance, compliance, occupancy, and resident satisfaction.
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure communities operate efficiently and in alignment with National Church Residences' mission, values, and operational standards.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development.
- Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, Fair Housing, and other applicable regulations.
- Conduct property audits and operational reviews to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Resolve resident relations concerns and support corrective action plans when necessary.
- Oversee annual operating and capital budget preparation.
- Monitor property financial performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Support marketing initiatives designed to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure communities are maintained to company standards both inside and out.
- Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and service for all residents.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate degree, two years of college coursework, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of five years of property management experience
- At least two years of on-site property management experience
- Previous supervisory or multi-site management experience preferred
- Affordable housing experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and personnel management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows-based applications, and property management software
- Ability to maintain professionalism and sound judgment in high-pressure situations
- Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation or candidate status preferred
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time throughout the assigned portfolio
- Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle liability insurance required.
