About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide professional, expert solutions to customers to support profitability and customer satisfaction
- Perform site preventative care and troubleshooting, including product titration, volumemetrics, and minor chemical equipment/application repairs
- Manage site chemical conversions and installations and keep customers informed of progress
- Monitor customer levels and manage chemical inventory and replenishment orders
- Maintain Wash Key Reporting and service reports
- Conduct NCS Site Surveys using the provided template
- Support and execute corporate accounts according to protocols
- Provide on-site revenue program training
- Conduct basic technical and chemistry training for location personnel
- Maintain accurate customer and issue files in SF, Portal, Google, and CTM
- Analyze customer outputs and recommend technical updates or ways to increase efficiency and wash counts
- Identify account expansion opportunities, conduct initial intake discussions, and communicate with sales management
- Serve approximately 50–75 sites per month
- Comply with OSHA, EPA, local regulatory, and company safety policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience
- Car wash experience preferred but not required
- Basic mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Ability to communicate internally and externally across all organizational levels
- Good Microsoft Office skills and basic computer knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-level customer service and support
- Ability to function with minimal supervision and work in a team environment
- Self-starter who is extremely motivated
- Exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to support overnight travel up to 40% based on territory and customer needs
- Clean driving record with no more than three moving violations within the past five years
- No more than two preventable, at-fault accidents within the past five years
- No impaired driving convictions within the past five years and no currently pending charges
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and sit for more than six hours per day
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to reach with hands and arms for more than six hours per day
- Ability to stoop, kneel, and crouch for more than six hours per day
- Ability to work in different environmental conditions
