Plan and develop OCHIN marketing and communications through various cross-functional activities
Focus on employee, member, or public audiences leveraging internal and external media channels
Drive daily communications activities, build reports, document processes, produce written and visual content such as websites, newsletters, presentations, blogs, and social media
Edit and maintain communication assets ensuring content is timely, accurate, engaging, and aligned with OCHIN’s messaging and objectives
Monitor communication impact and performance, applying insights to manage reputational risk or grow audience reach and engagement
Contribute to strategic communications planning and support departmental excellence through research, innovation, and event support

Requirements

Minimum three years of professional experience in a journalism, marketing, and/or communications role
1-3 writing samples, website or portfolio required
Experience with Microsoft O365, WordPress or other content management system, MailChimp or other email marketing software, AirTable, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, social media monitoring and publishing tools
Must complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview
