  • Assist with Epic Configuration: Support customization and configuration of Epic applications
  • Workflow Analysis: Observe and document clinical and administrative workflows
  • Testing & Validation: Participate in testing new builds, upgrades, and patches
  • End-User Support: Help troubleshoot basic issues and escalate problems
  • Training Support: Assist in creating user guides and training materials

Requirements

  • Must have successfully completed an OCHIN workforce training program or have similar experience
  • Epic proficiency in Clinical Applications within 60-days of employment
  • Interest in data analysis, problem solving, and continuous learning
  • Pharmacy knowledge, experience with Willow or other Pharmacy software preferred
  • Basic understanding of healthcare operations and EHR systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new tools and systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
