About the role

Assist with Epic Configuration: Support customization and configuration of Epic applications
Workflow Analysis: Observe and document clinical and administrative workflows
Testing & Validation: Participate in testing new builds, upgrades, and patches
End-User Support: Help troubleshoot basic issues and escalate problems
Training Support: Assist in creating user guides and training materials
Documentation: Maintain records of system changes and troubleshooting steps
Collaboration: Work closely with experienced analysts and clinical teams
Engage in training and development activities

Must have successfully completed an OCHIN workforce training program or have similar experience
Epic proficiency in Clinical Applications within 60-days of employment
Interest in data analysis, problem solving, and continuous learning
Pharmacy knowledge, experience with Willow or other Pharmacy software preferred
Basic understanding of healthcare operations and EHR systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new tools and systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
