About the role
- Lead and accountable for patient experience performance and efforts across the organization. Maintaining a clear and deep understanding of current patient experience and future needs across each step of the patient journey
- Work with leadership to develop a compelling patient experience product strategy that aligns with Diana Health's mission and business goals
- Define and prioritize products based on user feedback, market research, and business objectives
- Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to inform product strategy
- Be the key subject matter expert of patient experience measures (i.e., NPS, Patient Retention) - analyzing and understanding patient experience data and leveraging insights to identify potential changes needed and design meaningful solutions.
- Conduct stakeholder and user research to help inform product decisions
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from scoping and requirements gathering to design, development, and launch - across both service/process-oriented and digital-oriented solutions
- Build and optimize SOPs and tools to ensure effective implementation at the site level
- Define and evaluate success metrics to measure the impact of product initiatives
- Collaborate and manage across cross-functional teams, including clinical, operations, design, engineering, and marketing, to develop and launch high-quality products and processes.
- Communicate product strategy and roadmap to key stakeholders - garnering buy-in and support from key stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant product management, or relevant experience
- Passion for improving women's health and a commitment to Diana Health's mission and values.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a tech-enabled services context
- Ability to collaborate with various levels and roles within the organization- from working with leadership to drive product vision, to conducting research with individual contributors and stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills, self-starter mentality, and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to solve complex problems grounded in data-driven decision making and a results-oriented approach.
- Deep empathy for users, keeping our patients’ and care team’s needs at the center of the product.
- Solid understanding of mobile app development, API integrations, UX design, and information architecture best practices.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including clinical workflows, patient needs, and regulatory requirements.
