About the role
- Support OCHIN’s mission by leveraging technical expertise and problem-solving capabilities
- Resolve complex technical issues and optimize processes
- Align technical strategies with business objectives
- Foster collaboration with non-technical stakeholders
- Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Collaborate across departments to address project implementations
- Create and optimize technical documentation for knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Certification/proficiency in Epic Resolute HB or HB Claims
- At least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute HB/HB Claims Applications Analyst
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic HB module build
- Strong communication skills
- Process and detail-oriented
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
- Ability to travel up to 20% for on-site support
- Complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment before team interview
