- Support OCHIN’s mission by driving successful scoping and execution of projects
- Create and execute project plans, consulting senior leadership
- Foster collaboration across the organization, gathering and analyzing data for potential integrations
- Support efficient delivery of integrated products and services
- Balance competing priorities, navigating constraints and partnering with stakeholders to solve complex challenges
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination or management, business analysis, or technical solution roles preferred
- Experience leading or supporting cross-functional projects, preferably in healthcare, IT, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Epic Ambulatory and Acute Care installs preferred- preference will be given to candidates with this experience.
- Proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar tools is a plus
- PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification preferred
- Epic certification or healthcare-related credentials (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus but not required.
