Support OCHIN’s mission by driving successful scoping and execution of projects
Create and execute project plans, consulting senior leadership
Foster collaboration across the organization, gathering and analyzing data for potential integrations
Support efficient delivery of integrated products and services
Balance competing priorities, navigating constraints and partnering with stakeholders to solve complex challenges

Requirements

3+ years of experience in project coordination or management, business analysis, or technical solution roles preferred
Experience leading or supporting cross-functional projects, preferably in healthcare, IT, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience with Epic Ambulatory and Acute Care installs preferred- preference will be given to candidates with this experience.
Proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar tools is a plus
PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification preferred
Epic certification or healthcare-related credentials (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus but not required.
